This Band of Heroes, Granbury's Texas Brigade, C.S.A. also has detailed rosters and illuminates the way they were combined. In this book the author confirms that the same lettered companies of the 6th, 10th and 15th TX were combined, and the senior Capt among all the Co A's, for instance, was the commander of the new Co A consolidated. It is interesting to note that the flag says 6th and 15th, leaving out the 10th. Anybody know why that was?

Forgot about the Mystery jackets - late war Alabama as well.
