BTW, Dusty brings up a good point in an e-mail that we might want to plan on 4-5 man messes so we can divide up the carrying of items such as coffee pot, hatchet, fry pan(s) and such, as well as all the other things messes did together (games of chance, etc). The Lazy Jacks are already set and the CHAPs have 9-10 registered so we need to look at doing 2 messes.

I can bring a period hatchet, fry pan and excellent coffee pot for the officer's/1st Sgt mess.
