Where did you get the below information, Cooper? I took the three names and compared them to the list. Two of the three appear:

>Co A, Pvt William D Stevens sec 2 grave 16

STEVENS, W. B. TX A 18 2 16

>Co G Sgt Francis M Smith sec 6 grave 85

Not listed.

>Co H Pvt Thomas Napier sec 21 grave 90 (Arkansas
>section)

NAPIER, THOS. L. ARK H 15
NAPPER, THOS. L. ARK H 15 21 90

>The Franklin killed in our company D-E-K (6) are all
>listed as grave unknown.

How do you know or believe that to be the case?

Here is a list of all the 6'ers in the cemetery. As you seem to possess a full copy of the roster for the 15th, are any of these actually in the 15th?

MILLER, J. W. TX E 6 1 14
TAYLOR, ADOLPH TX A 5 1 13
TAYLOR, ADOLPHUS* TX A 6
WILSON, T. K. TX H 6 6 88

I thought there were more when I first went through it. There are, however, many 7's, 10's and 24'ths on the list. Franklin was a bad day for Texas, but at least these poor guys have marked graves. It would have been very hard on the families not to know the final resting place of their loved ones.
