The coyote had been anticipating this moment and was prepared with sharp dagger-teeth. As the Australian Shepherd missed his target and tumbled, the coyote couldn't help but chuckle as he began to throw himself around violently. Until he could line himself up for a proper attack, the best thing to do would be throw off his enemies. But not all of the attacks could be avoided. Rex's claws managed to make a deep cut along his shoulder and neck, Duty's teeth leaving a bloody indent upon his shoulder. Infuriated he lunged at Duty, teeth getting dangerously close to his throat.
