A raw-boned young pegasus stallion stands at the edge of the territory, black eyes watching the herd with quiet intensity. His breath rasps just a little - he sounds a bit like he's purring. Every now and then he voices a very soft cough. His wing-feathers, though a patterned grey like his body, are tipped with black. They rest lightly on his back, stiff tips brushing his thick coat. He turns his head to nibble at a disobediant feather, then slowly turns it back to continue his vigil.
