Her wings beat rigidly, hovering on a swell of hot air. Unseen for the moment, the large azure beast dips to land with unusual grace on a rough outcropping. Sinuous limbs contract as she settles into a crouch, muscles taut and hard. Her tail coils about her lithe body, flicking idly as she surveys the young girl.

Her eyes are unusual, twin orbs of iridescent light - seemingly twin pools of limpid lagoon water. They follow the movements of the girl, curiously and without aggression. That could come later. A tendril of inky smoke rises from her flared nostrils as she gives a gentle snort. Being a more peaceable dragon, the femme does not attack in haste. Flaring her wings, the dragoness lights from the ledge, spiraling down easily towards the girl. Her massive frame surpasses most dragons, but her agility and grace still permeates normal clumsiness. She lands, delicately folding her two ten-foot long wings against her sleek, blue-scaled sides. Craning her neck, the reptilian and frightening eyes regard the intruder with plain indifference. And almost haunting and alien voice echoes and throbs as it makes its way down towards the young girl.

Peace, earth-walker. I am Jaded Mystery of the Rokk Kliffs, Wing-Leader of Fire Mountain. Speak your piece - why are you here?

He would not intrude and he did not see any reason to join. He spread his wings, tail whipping out as he caught the breeze and went soaring. He was free in the air; and soon departed, if only a glimmering star in the noontide sky... (NT)...Risplendacer...12:30:56 06/03/01 Sun
