Funny you mention that, I'm going through PT for an 80% torn rotator cuff right now. I had the cortisone shot, and now I'm in the therapy part to build up the strength in my arm again. I tore it partially 30 yrs ago, and I've learned to deal with it, until a reinjury around Thanksgiving has forced me to do something about it. Have you had an MRI on it yet?

I had an MRI last April that said I had an incomplete tear. I haven't had one since but I think it's worse. Good luck with yours.
