Hi there
The girls said you were in the ccn room other day so I am just posting to you and letting you know I was glad you were in and so on.
I am sorry to see you are continuing with chemo and I know you have no choice.
Did you say you were loosing hair still?
As I thought you did not after awhile cause the chemo is not such that that hapopens.
I am gonna have a bone scan in the coming days as I have a severe sore neck and lt shouldier arm and underarm and back and so the doc Dr Ellard (Susan ) thinks I need one and so its a worry .........
We do so need a cure and Breast cancer is a solid cancer I am told making it harder to treat in advanced stages.
Well God bless you and give u many more years and so on.
All the best my bosom friend,
Sylvia (Nursie19711)

It's wonderful that you checked in. I would have liked to have seen you in CCN as well.

Yes I am still losing my hair. This will make the 4th time. It hasn't started yet this time but they are sure it will since the drug is in the Taxol family.

I sure hope your bone scan goes well. I'll pray for you.

It was great to hear from you. Please stop in again!!

Hi there and so glad to see your link here at CCN and you may not see me post but you are in my thoughts.
Wow time goes fast was overlooking some of your posts girl and you have been through hell almost at times I am amazed at your faith in God and its a privelege for me to chat with someone like you who is also a believer in God and I know sometimes we wonder where God is and for a good reason ........
Now are you a her_2 receptor as I forget all I can see is this seems to be an aggressive cancer but pray a mircle comes to you as I am gonna say a prayer for you when I am finished and as I am here talking to you I am believing for you and the peace of God that passes all understanding be your strength today..
So far my tests are doing ok its mostly the arthritis thats a genuine pain.
I see the rheumy on march 16 and just had a scan to look for osteoperosis which I forget what thats called ...gosh so brain dead at times ........
My little grand kids were here last weekend and the joy of my life and came home after dropping them off to a pc that did not work.........boo-hoo lol but my son has been here this weekend and once again I am back on......
Grandkids will be back on the 16 th as well for a week of spring break........ .yey so lots of swimming lol
I was away yesterday to a place called Langley BC (its about 120 miles round trip) to see my older sister as she has a knee infection and its not been healing she also needs a miracle its been 6 mons after the knee replacement
and not healing .......my younger sis and I went and made her comfortable and helped with getting her up to the bathroom and then to the chair and so one and nurses were checking and were pleased to see she was in the chair and with out their help as they can get busy well... was sis with rheumatoid arthritis helping me and me and my cane lol but we did it and then after many hrs we returned her to bed and made her comfortable there I am imagining that she fell to sleep which was a needy thing at that point and thankful we helped her somewhat and thats needed more ofter for those who can to help one another and it helps make a person realize we have much to be thankful for and also we realize and spread the love of God a little beyond our borders ...........
Well dear please know you will remain in my prayers and thoughts and may God bless and keep you and may you have a miracle and shock ppl in your part of the world.............sending you my support and love .

My mom is a fighter and very strong this last week has been hard since we brought her home on hospic, she is only 53 and been fighting for years.. she isn't ready to die and we arent either. She is confused from all the pain meds she is on. is has mestasixed to part of her bones, limpnodes, liver and she has fluid build up around her lungs making it hard for her to breathe... Is there a mircle cure...the doctors cant do anymore...It is in God's hands now.. but I want to make sure I dont leave any rock unturned...
PS she also has a problem swallowing big pills.

Just remember ---- she has always been in God's hands. It's the devil wearing you down, don't satisy him.

Have you tried "CANCER TREATMENT CENTERS OF AMERICA"? This is the main link to it: (you'll probably have to cut and paste the link.)

http://www.cancercenter.com/

I keep them in the back of my mind. They have cured people that were given up on.

I have also heard good things about the doctors in Greece. A friend of mines wife had cancer. Since she was originally from Greece she was eager to try it. So she went to Greece, was treated, never lost her hair, and has never had any problems since then.

Try cutting the pills in halves or in quarters. If they are time release don't break them without checking with her doctor first.

Also at the top of my web page, there is a link to a book called "JOURNEY THROUGH LOVING EYES. You may get some comfort from the book. There is a charge for the book but I in no way make any money for advertising. Al, the author, is a friend of mine.

Hope that info helps in some way.

Stacy
