I went in for my 3RD chemo today. Fortunately my numbers were up enough to get chemo. They were still only 3.7 but I was able to get it. I have to keep an eye on my temperature. If it goes up to 100.5 or higher, I have to call the doctor. It was up to 99.4 at last check.

I don't have to take the Levaquin antibiotic now. Thank GOD because it made me sick to my stomach. I lost a lot of sleep the last two nights with nausea. Maybe I'll get some sleep tonight.

Hey Stacy, good to hear that you're ok for chemo again. The interruption was probably not a big surprise, given the typical effect of Navelbine.

I'm getting ready to head out--a bunch of us are going to Red Eyes Dock Bar to see Great Train Robbery! Sound familiar? I haven't been there since the last time you and I went--that must have been about 3 years ago...

You'll have to let me know how they sound. It's a great night for it!! Might even be a bit chilly. That was the last time I was there too. I think I've only seen GTR 2 or 3 times since then. I know Mike isn't the drummer anymore so I don't know if you'll see the flaming sticks again.

Yeah, different drummer--but he did the flaming sticks trick. Different lead guitarist, too--didn't like him as much. Always played fast, without much melody. But they were still tight. My friends had never seen them before, and they enjoyed the show. The weather was absolutely perfect!
