 Stacy hasn't been on here for a few days because she's in Good Samaritan Hospital.She was feeling very bad on saturday,so my mom took her to the hospital.
She's having an alergic reaction her her medications & radiation.Her throat is swollen & very very sore.The inside of her mouth & her lips are raw! She is having trouble swallowing & eating & even speaking!
She has a rash on her face,chest & back,and her face is very swollen.She will probably be there for the rest of this week.Her original radiation treatment was schedualed for 20 treatments,but since this has happened,they are stopping with the 18 she's had so far.

Keep her in your prayers! This is the hardest part of her cancer she has had to face so far!

Hi Mark, Thanks so much for the update. I have been getting on the site several times a day looking for a post from Stacy. I was so afraid that something was wrong when there were no posts.

I am sorry that she is having a tough time. It is good that she is in the hospital. I pray she is able to get relief from all the pain. Please let her know that I am thinking of her and as always remembering her in prayer. Thanks. Bonnie

As I was trying to get caught up with what is happening in your life, I was saddened to hear that you are in the hospital. Sorry to hear that you are in so much pain. Hope as you read this, things have come out better. I am thinking of you.

Stacy got a private room last night. She is finally doing better. Every day she improves! Today her throat & mouth felt so much better,she was able to eat her entire lunch!Her hives are clearing up,but the red from the radiation is still there & starting to peel.Not sure when she's coming home,they are still keeping her till her throat & mouth improve even more.If you like,give her a call,she is able to talk without pain.
