 Hope you've had a good one, with lots of family time. My parents are in town, so we had dinner at my brother's house near Savage Mill last night. We had a good time--it got a little crude now and then, but that's my family! Michelle is in Arizona, visiting her grandmother and her sister. Supposedly they have a secret family recipe for some really good cookies, so I'm hoping she smuggles a few back for me. Patrick and I had dinner here tonight. I made roast chicken (a turkey would be way too much for just two of us!), stuffing, mashed potatoes, yams....hey, that's some pretty fancy cooking for me, the king of the microwave. Tomorrow I'll be hitting the road, driving Patrick to WV for a week at his mom's house. Michelle won't be back until Wednesday evening--so I'll be all alone! I plan to take advantage of the time, fixing up Patrick's room (wallpaper, new woodwork).
