We got a good one going on here group 2!!!!! Just to take in both sides of the issue, what about regretting not saying how you really felt. Sometimes waiting is to minimize the situation. A raw, flaming, emotional e-mail may break many of our CMC rules, but in the end, the first reacition is usually the best one......or is it?
