the charred feline dropped to the ground with unexpected relief. oxygen was painfully reeling in her lungs. however she wasn't about to hang around for Adrian to come to his senses. turning her bloodied nails dug into the tree and she tore up into the foliage stopping some eight feet into the vegetation and falling into senselessness. ribs were broken, her back was a bloody mess and breathing was increasingly difficult. however she was alive and thank the gods for that. though in a few hours when she awoke most likely it would be a string of curses issuing from her muzzle, if she woke up that is.
