Paul,

I see your point, but if someone kicks someone, takes their head off, ect then you aren't exactly going to sin bin them are you?

The same can be said in reverse, if someone strips the ball from a player after a long break, the attack is set and only 5 people are back from the defensive line, you wouldn't send them off, just sin bin them.

"On-report" needs to be scrapped...
