BOTH of you need to talk TO each other (not AT each other)... even if you decided not to go through external help from therapists. There is one thing you need to bear in mind: TS relationships are not meant to "rescue" us from bad relationships. In fact, the more we hope for TS to "redeem" us, the harder the life lesson gets (because we may have, through the process, became "dependent" on others for happiness). TS shows us the way to happiness by seeking balance within oneself and with other relationships. Take mine for example: I know for sure that it is impossible for us to be a couple. I cannot hope for her to give me more satisfaction than my current marital partner does. Yet, she made my life more whole by knowing that she exists and has made contact as a very close friend. And we encouraged each other to complete our Life Plan with our respective families... so that we can be together again after we cleared our obligations to other souls. I know that while time cannot separate us, bad karma can! You may be surprised by what will turn out if you take positive steps to make happiness instead of broiling in passive anger and hopelessness. Open up the communication channels!
