Dear Theresa,

Yes, I have been to a good therapist for 5 yrs. I was the one who went, not him. It didnt help. It helped me, but he still is fixed in his ways. When he wants to do something, no one can tell him what to do. Arent we all like this to a certain extent? I don't know. Its all good, I dont put my trust in therapists or doctors anymore. I send up my prayers and things will work out the way they are supposed to. We are all here to learn lessons.

I just take things one day at a time, and pray for the best. Thats all one can do. I have learned to trust in my higher power, who is God. He will not fail me.
