Dear Alvin,

Thank you very much for your kind advice. What you say about micro organisms makes much sense. Yes, they are there before symptoms show up. As you know, each condition has a different average time line between the time the pathogens enter the body and one shows symptoms. And often a person can be contagious before having any symptoms whereas other times a person is not contagious until the symptoms show up. As I told Denise, I have not had a fever. Any advice for those of us whose temps go down rather than up? I am trying to rest, eat more chicken, and drink more fluids.
