I don't hate Jason. He has scads more compassion, empathy, and vulnerability than Sonny - which would make him a complex character if the writers would actually acknowledge the other aspects of his character (his love-hate relationship with AJ did not magically begin or end with the brain damage, the Q's play each other against each other all the time and set up bad sibling dynamics on purpose, Sam is the first person he's been with who actually seems to love him for him without judging, and why is he so willing to let Sonny take whatever he wants????)

Jason's actually a pretty fascinating guy. So is AJ. I'd love to see more of the dynamic between them than just "you're an asshole," "oh yeah, well you stole my mom, then my son, then my wife...."
