Another reason which disqualifies Bush is that he and his administration obviously lied to justify the war. Did you read about the latest report? It is also very disturbing for me how the US care so much to end the dictatorship in Iraq, but not, for instance, in North Korea. And in North Korea, you have even more than evidence, you also have the openly declared will to produce weapons of mass destruction. And the people are suffering even more than they did under Saddam. But North Korea has no oil. There are many other countries where people suffer so much, but the US does not care, because they are economically unimportant countries.

I don't think in terms of nationality and political borders. I think a US president has not only to be measured based on whether he does the best for his own coutry, but for the whole world and mankind. And in this point, I think Bush failed and fails. Christians shoud be peace makers. Bush only escalates the spiral of violence.
