In the 4 years I have been involved in the Junior Rodeo. I have not witnessed anything I would call a "click." Although maybe what you are assuming is a "click" is those in the association that put forth a large amount of time and effort into making things possible for the association. Maybe those that appear not to be in the "click" are the ones sitting on the sidelines not putting forth any effort and just paying the entry fees. Dont get me wrong, them being there paying the fees are greatly appreciated and needed to make the organization work. Please don't try to destroy this organization by naming it a "clicky" organization.

As far as the rules, I think everyone has an opportunity to understand the rules. Junior Rodeo is to teach our kids responsibility and accountability to help them learn how to function in society as adults. As petty or extreme as some of them may sound, they are created and set for a purpose in mind, and therefore should be followed.
