My dream kitchen would first of all be large. I want lots and lots of cabinets and countertops. It will be black and white with splashes of reds and blues. My large appliances will be black or white as they are now. My dream kitchen will be open to my eating area and a halfwall or breakfast bar will separate it from the living area. There will be stools at the breakfast bar for people to sit at and have tea or coffee and a chat with me.

I would have lovely tea towels in frames on the walls as decor. Some from every country I have friends in; England, Australia, Hungary, Ireland and Canada. Oh, I must not forget Trinidad!

I would use my beautiful white dishes with gold rims and never, ever use foam plates again. I will have real cloth napkins for use at mealtimes. My table will always have a fresh flower arrangement in the center.
