Actually, I think it was tied only 2 times, at stripes no. 2 and 3. A Surgeon's knot can be used.

@undecided: We would most certainly be interested to hear of your progress if you do this! It would be great if you could take a picture or two, say "before & after" photos of your frenulum elongation. Thanks!!
