Date Posted: 13:25:57 05/31/05 Tue I heard a rumor, is there any truth to this ?? Red Blood Club is in serious danger of closing. We need everyones support in the scene. There are several other production companies that are trying to take our shows and put them at Galaxy, Trees, and Gypsy tea room. Let these clubs have the Emo bands, Death Metal, and College rock, BUT DONT LET THEM HAVE THE PUNK, Hardcore, and PSYCHOBILLY!!!! Red Blood Club is where true punk lives in Dallas and we must all support it. These other clubs only care about money. WE CARE ABOUT PUNK FUCKIN ROCK!!!! and usually we dont make much money at all, just enough to stay open. RED BLOOD BELONGS TO YOU!!! THE PUNKS, SKINS, and HARDCORE KIDS!!!! Only support these kinds of shows when they are at RBC. We must bring all the scene togather and Unite as one to save OUR club!!!! Dont go to shows anywhere else. If you can, E-mail your favorite punk bands and tell them you want to see them at Red Blood Club and nowhere else in Dallas. Shows at RBC are the best, there are no asshole security guards to knock you around or throw you out, we allow ins-and outs (most of the time) and WE ARE ALL PUNKS OURSELVES that run the club. There will be a rally to unite us all and fight the corporate assholes trying to shut us down on June 11th. This show will have all your favorite local punk bands and we will have free food on the patio. Come out and show support for YOUR scene and get some flyers to pass out for upcoming shows at RBC!!!!
