Drink a few beers...the place should be pretty quiet for the rest of the evening." He shrugged a little, watching his friend quietly. He knew Cam would be stopping by later but Travis didn't and Joey was curious about the way the other man would react - that would tell him a lot. He finished off his beer quickly, tossing it aside into the garbage near the other wall and smirking as he made a clean basket. His eyes moved back to Travis, brow cocked a little. "Not very exciting but we can order a pizza and have a few....game should be good. I think Jay's got a few benjamin's resting on it...dumb ass." He shrugged a little, smirking a touch as he watched his friend absently. He didn't really see Travis as the beer guzzling, sports watching kind of but he knew that Trav - as solitary as he was - needed company and craved it at times.

  • He definitely wasn't the 'sit around with other guys, drink beer, and watch the game' type typically, but Joey was right in his belief that he did sometimes just want and need to be around other people. The majority of the time, he was an intensely private person, but something about being around the kids that lived in this house made him feel comfortable and he supposed that was why he kept coming back - even though Lysia was gone and she had really been his only reason for being there in the first place. "Sure, why not?" He nodded a little and shifted to lean forward in the chair, finishing off his own drink. "We should probably go re-stock on beer for tonight then... Pretty low...
