Subject: She hesitated for only a second before she nodded and smiled just a little. "I'll get your car wet..." His car was so pretty and so well taken care of that she felt like she needed to like take off her shoes and put on a plastic bag before she got into it. "I could just follow you in my car..." She didn't really want to do that though, his car was probably still warm from getting the beer and she was just not feeling like driving but as usual she was trying to make everyone else happy before she thought about herself. Her teeth were chattering a little and she really was starting to take on the 'drowned chihuaha' look which...well even as pretty as she was..wasn't very attractive.

He dug out his keys and handed them to her, taking from her fingers the set of keys that she had originally grabbed in error. "I'll take this in to the house. Go jump in my car and get it warmed up - I'll be right there." His free hand rubbed her back slowly and he dipped his head to kiss her cheek - just below her eye, high on the ridge of the bone. Finally, he shrugged off his hoodie - damp as it was, he hoped it would help her at least a little, and then gave her a gentle guiding push towards his car in the drive so he could head into the house to return the stolen keys.
