Jackie just shifted the box in her arms again, biting her lip softly as she waited for him to just let her leave.

  • He narrowed his dark chocolate eyes at her with hurt and accusition. He was hating how she was turnign this around to make it like she was doing him a favour. "If thats what you think then you clearly havent learnt anything about me over the last two years Jackie. Get out of here... close the door behind you." He needed to be alone... he felt like crying, but he was too pissed at her and her giving up. His head and his heart ached... no one had caused him pain like this before- no knifes or gunshots ever made him hurt this much- and his harsh words were just his way of keeping face- his defence mechanism kicking in... his street instincts.
