  • Her fingers brushed his cheek slowly and then twisted gently into his hair as she tugged his head back a little so that she could press a sweet kiss to the side of his mouth. Whether she was a reluctant participant or not, he was trying desperately to help her and for that, she would be forever grateful to him. It was a whole new thing to her to be cared about and looked after and she was still trying to adjust. "Thank you.."
