Subject: Yes, Ashley was 1st RU, Tara was 2nd RU. In the case that Ashley was not able to represent the title, then Tara would have been next in line. This happened to the 2004 Mrs. queens. The winner stepped down, 1st RU could not take her place , so someone else went to Internationals with Larissa & Kristin
