Subject: No you are not stupid at all you just did not have all of the info. Hope this helps. You can be a At - Large titleholder right now and if you pay for you own crown and banner you can have then and be out using them. The only hang up is it sometimes takes 6-8 weeks to get them in that is one reason you need to order them early you might want to do some thing as your title for the holidays. Hope this helps you and you are not stupid
