Hi Cathy,

I wanted to reassure you that you are not alone. I had a busy week getting back into the groove of teaching, and of course readjusting to less smoking. I also had less time to check this board, so it was nice to read about your cookie withdrawel, and how you dealt with your husband while smoking a VS 120. You certainly seem to have his number. Keep up the posting, and of course everything else you keep "up".

I have been reading with interest Megan's posts, and admit it must be hell watching the kids smoke, and knowing a husband has possibly other motives for you too. However, your resolve seems real this time, compared to earlier. I would not be too hard on the kids, as having smoked with you for a while, and seemingly enjoyed the fun of it, they may have less motivation to quit.
