Hi Crystal,

I just wanted to fill you in on the Saturday lunch thing. I have already talked with Irene and my mom about cooking school lunch on Saturday for our class. Dale called Helen on Saturday and all 3 of them have agreed to go ahead and do it. I really need to get some kind of a count for that day because I need to meet with Irene and plan what will be needed. She wants me to go and buy all of the supplies and then she will cook it up. I thought if I planned for 40 or 50 people we would probably be just fine. I just don't know how many parents and teachers will be attending that haven't already responded.

I also have reserved a bus for that day and both of the principals have agreed to open the buildings and give us a tour. If we want to take a bus from building to building that would be possible. They still even have bus # 86 and said that they would take it out of storage for us if we wanted them to. By the way I had to make a presentation in front of the school board to okay all of this and they all made fun of our class and how weird we are. (yes, even Tony's dad) Do we want to go ahead and use the bus for transportation from one school to another?

I also need to know if you guys would like me to go ahead and reserve the pool for Saturday evening. I don't know if we will have enough interest to reserve the whole pool and probably we could just let people go and pay individually if you want to. I really don't care personally but I just need to know the direction to take.

My computer is in the shop and I'm working on a laptop that doesn't have my addresses in it so if you want to poll anyone would you go ahead and forward questions to them? Thanks a bunch.
