She had tears in her eyes when she watched Kyrian leave and then noticed that Chase started fussing as if the baby understood it was his job to keep Uncle Kyrian calm and he couldn't do that if Uncle Kyrian was gone. Silently, she handed Chase over to her husband and walked over to the bed, picking up her hair brush and shifting to sit behind Haylie, the girl was just a dead weight, so that she could brush out her long dark hair. Carefully, she smoothed her hair back before she reached over to grab a piece of ribbon that had come on one of the boquets of flowers and used it to tie Haylie's hair back, letting it fall down around her back but not in her face anymore. After she was done with that, she stood up, going to her husband and taking the baby before she reached up to press a kiss to his lips. "Will you stay here with Haylie? Kyrian would flip if we left her alone but...I think I need to go home and be with him for awhile." She just had a feeling in the pit of her stomach that Kyrian needed her right then and she wasn't one to ignore her insticts. "And I should let Chase get a little bit of sleep in his own crib.." She reached up to brush his hair off his forehead before she sighed deeply, brushing her lips against his gently before she pulled back and murmured a soft I love you. "Keep her good company, yeah?" She questioned to him and to Skeeter and Courtney.
