(He watched the whole thing with an outer air of authority but an inner feeling of guilt and concern.. he hated seeing Kyrian in pain, but he knew that forcing him to leave would inevitably be the best thing for him. A soft smile crossed his features as he took Chase from Shay, holding the boy up a bit and kissing him noisily before letting him sit on his forearm facing his chest, both hands automatically fisting into his shirt as he looked up at his daddy. Remy was a bit of an idol to the little boy, he was always gazing at him as though completely entranced and trying to memorize his movements. He kissed the boy's forehead and got a coo of laughter in response, having successfully distracted the baby from the somber mood of the room at large. He watched as Shay brushed out Haylie's hair and tied it up, love welling in him for his sweet wife, who took care of everyone in her motley crew of a family. When she came back to him, he leaned in to kiss her back, letting her take Chase from his arms.) Yeah.. I will keep her company. Tell him to take it easy for me, will you? (He murmured his love to her and tugged a strand of her hair affectionately before sticking a hand into his pocket and leaning back on his heels. He was wondering to himself if Courtney realized how much the other two men in the room had a hold on her.. because he could see it plainly in her eyes... she looked sick to her stomach.)
