Subject: In remembrance of Layne Staley

Today I shed a tear for our beloved Layne Staley.
4 years and the pain is still fresh in my heart.
Layne will forever be loved & missed.

RON-E!

I am sorry for their loss, but I have a hard time with feeling sympathy for them. Here are two guys who could have afforded the best treatment in the world...better than you or I...or any of our addicted friends for that matter...and instead, they went out like chumps.

Sad...tremendous loss...but ultimately pathetic.

I agree and disagree, Rob.

Honestly, I have more sympathy for Layne's situation than Kurt's. Kurt's suicide seemed to have at least as much to do with going out a legend at his prime as it did his addictions. Layne was just a serious junkie who lost the reigns of his life.

This is probably kind of selfish, but I wish I could hear the music they'd be making right now if they'd have moved past their issues. Same goes for Shannon Hoon.

RIP, my dear spirit friends!

When it's your time to die, it's your time...
it doesn't mean your forever gone.

just...

Hold nothing back, day after day,
cause tomorrow here on earth, may never come.

see ya when I get there!
~heavenly smilez~

till then.....
keep on rockin' and rollin'
my way!

PEACE!

†Angel†

For you, for me....
~đ~Tears fall down my cheeks, accumulate within my heart, and fuel the light of my soul~đ~
Thank you, from me.

2 weeks. I just can't believe, junkie or not, how someone could be there for 2 weeks before anyone knew. :( That's what gets me.
