So, what does it cost to stay ad-free on ezboard?

I visit another ezboard forum, and whenever they don't have enough $$ in their chest, not only does it get annoying ads (that pop up right between different posts in the same thread), but you also lose the ability to cuss. It replaces your cuss words with $%^&*. Retardation.

So if we go that route, I think we need some sort of agreement among us to keep enough cash in the chest (assuming it's not an unreasonable amount of money) to stay ad-free.

Doesn't your ad-blocker work. On the proboards I always read other people complaining about that, I never see the ads they are talking about. I think that may be a mac thingy. I can see the ads on the top of the page there, but never in the threads.???
