Thanks for all the input and ideas!

I think we'll probably end up switching to EZboard, but there's a situation going on there right now that I'd like to have more time to examine. The whole system is changing over to one called Yuku. Over the next year or so all existing EZboards will be transferred to Yuku, a hosting system that supposedly will have a lot of improvements and extra features. They are just starting the change now, by dumping unused EZboard forums, and will soon start transferring over active ones. Yuku is in a beta version now, and it still has a number of of bugs to attend to. When I tried going to their main forum, it crashed my computer. From what I've read, I'm not the only one.

Even so, for now EZboard looks ok, at least in its current form.
EZboard charges an introductory fee of $9.95 for 3 months and then $30 for 6 months to go ad-free and have a bunch of other perks. The rates can go up if there's high traffic, but personally I don't think we're gonna get the 10,000 or more hits per month to warrant an increase.

I'm planning a tentative switch date for our forum to be April 23rd, if things look all right. 23 being our unofficial lucky number, of course.

In the meantime, I'm hoping we don't go over our archive limit. If we do end up filling over our alloted ten pages, the oldest threads will start getting lost in a cyber black hole. When we reach our last page, I suggest that anyone who wants to can bump up threads that they find important, or as an alternative, they can copy the full thread for placement in a future archive which will be dedicated to posts from Bluey.

A word about photos-- feel free to post 'em, but if you have very large ones, try to knock down the file size by making them smaller or lower the resolution if they're hi-res. If you have a number of photos in a set, it's probably a better idea to post a link to your Photobucket, or other photo-viewing account, than to post them all here. Pages here have a limited amount of bytes we can use, and photos really chew them up. Don't forget too, that when we move, the codes for posting will most likely be different than the ones used here, so unfortunately photos in transferred threads will not be viewable :(

Now for the fun part-- Names!

I like Superunknown a lot. The only minus is that there are already a number of websites (and even bands) with that name. Not on EZboard, though, so that definitely could still be the one.

Some other song names I like for us are: Nothing to Say; Beyond the Wheel; and Steel Rain (though that one may be too evocative of a specific mood).

My fave ones though are Mailman and Screaming Life (alright, that's not a song title). I think the last one would be cool, especially with all those unofficial babies on their way.

Speaking of mothers (and fathers) and suckers, I was thinking Bleed Together could be nice... hmmmm... ok, gross.
