It's ridiculous and a shame. Only if the mother's life is in danger? I would take a chance with my life way way way before I'd be able to carry a baby I concieved by rape. And I'm not a big advocate either way - it's not my place to make that choice for someone else. But it sure as HELL isn't the governments choice. I think this is disgusting. It's not a conservative thing - it's a probe and run the people thing. Wish people would wake up.

What they've done is essentially illegal. Their state laws don't supercede Roe v. Wade. They're basically hoping to bring RvW back in front of the Supreme Court.

IMO, it won't go anywhere. There is still overwhelming support in this country for legalized abortions (66%, last time I heard).
