Subject: I finally heard Big Wreck for the first time today

Hey, I'd like to thank those of you who likened the sound of my old band to Big Wreck. I think it might have been Twan leading the way on that one...but it's been a few years so I don't really remember.

That Ian Thornley guy can sing his ass off. I'm going to check out his new band...oddly enough called "Thornley" to see if they stand up to this Big Wreck material. A shame they only had 2 albums. They'd be dominating radio right now if they were still together. :)

Thanks again...I didn't realize how big of a compliment it was at the time.

They dominated the Canadian radio stations! I think Ian Thornley is just a good of a singer as Mr.Cornell. My friend who's a model dated Ian for a few months, he's a very nice guy also.

Another band I love is Big Sugar, they have since disbanded but, they are really good too.

Hey Robert, they're damn good, aren't they? I still love both of those albums and listen to them on a regular basis.

Be prepared to be a bit disappointed in Thornley. I was. Seemed like a dumbed-down version of Big Wreck.
