Oh, lucky for us, this isn't an issue of Roe v. Wade. This is a simple matter of a direct violation of Article VI, which clearly defines the Constitution as the supreme law of the land. Since Roe v. Wade is Constitutional law, the challenge isn't to Roe v. Wade, but rather South Dakota's right to craft laws that are in direct contradiction to laws of the land established in the Constitution. Their law is illegal, and will be sruck down if this case makes it to SCOTUS.
