No Tim...you we not way off base...Hopkins was on my short list along with the versatile Christopher Walken. I did see Kingsley as the peacemaker in the great film Gandhi, and he acted very well. I enjoyed that film, and....well, I could not imagine him for bad guy opposite.... Ming, actually until I saw that Prince of Persia, Sands of Time flick apparently based upon a a video game, and also saw his appearance and facial expressions playing the part. Kingsley is versatile, and I'd imagine he could shift sides well. Otherwise, I'd say Walken. Perhaps Commander Rick has an opinion?
