(He smiled at her words, taking a seat on the couch and cradling Chase in his lap.) Yeah, well, we will have to see what Haylie has to say about that.. it's her womb after all. (He said with a teasing laugh, settling back and shifting his arm around her as she leaned against his shoulder.. it was comfortable for him to lay there with her and Chase, protecting his best friend's family and letting them comfort him when he was feeling down.. He didn't know when he drifted asleep, but suddenly he found himself opening his eyes to Shay's worried face and her murmured words.. his attention snapping to suddenly and his hand coming up to take the phone.. only he had attempted to take it with his left hand and that was the one that wasn't working. He made a face as he switched hands, holding the phone to his ear.) Skeeter? What's going on? (He asked, not inviting a hello or anything, he wanted to know what was going on... now.)
