WOW! This is genius! Non-racial and non-political. People of all economics can participate and benefit. The merchants can benefit. The city can benefit. Taxpayers can benefit. Whole families can benefit. No special talents necessary. Just people who give one little damn.

No wait. It won't work. Not here. Not in Newburgh. It's just too plain, simple and too good. It's just too good for Newburgh so it just won't work.

But what a really great idea! And unlike so much other crap thrown around by the bitchers and whiners we finally got positive input on something. What a shame it was still born.
