Subject: 40 Gangs for 4 Square Miles

HOW?
40 gangs of 100 members each?
4,000 of our residents are gang members?
1,000 for each square mile?
Did this just happen one day?
Did they ALL just arrive on a bus or did they come in by train?
Maybe on an Aero Mexico flight at Stewart? No. Wait. Even a 747 doesn't carry that many passengers in one flight.
Maybe it's due to the reproductive prowess of the few who came in unnoticed.
Nobody noticed this happening? It happened so quickly?
It just couldn't be stopped BEFORE the numbers got this high?
This is sick!
Somebody isn't doing their job around here! Somebody who's being PAID to keep law and order.
Or somebody's being paid to bring this element in.
Who's supporting these 4,000?
Who's providing housing for them?
Where do they work?
How many are children?
Are they in our schools?
1,000 per square mile means my nextdoor neighbor is probably in a gang.
It means our children are exposed to gang members.
Curfew? Gangs follow curfews? They probably pay parking tickets and water bills too.
Where do they buy their spray paint?
Where do they buy their color clothes?
How long has government and law enforcement known about this?
It couldn't have happened overnight.
It had to happen with a LOT of well planned help.
Something stinks around here and it isn't just the brownfields.
WE DESERVE ANSWERS AND SOLUTIONS!
