Please let me draw your attention to the link for a posting that I think everybody needs to look at.

I've been visiting with friends and family and wanted them to see what a good old fashioned post looks like on the hitech end of the internet so I went to the other board (since it seems everybody in town is afraid of this one) and at the top of the list is this!

After reading the thread we all sat down to talk about it. A lot of the family is from the Hudson Valley and very familiar with Newburgh. Common consensus in the room? Newburgh as a city isn't a failure but Newburghians as a people certainly are. This proves it. Sucks when you look at it. Bunch of jokesters both in and out of the government.

I'm off to the next civil and intelligent state on my tour and then to Canada where I expect I'll find even more intelligence that I obviously lack when I get back home to Newburgh. Who knows? Maybe it will be gone when I get back. Good things happen sometimes. But what a thing to look forward to. Thanks Newburgh.
