Subject: Garbage clean-up per ward

I have asked the City Council to allow an extra garbage day per ward, to help get this filthy city cleaned up.
My proposal is one day per ward per week.

This way there is no overtime, or a need for extra manpower.

As soon as I hear ya'll, I will let you know.
