And you hit the idea perfectly! I see Rain as being a very dark, very defensive, girl...but also very beautiful. The rose and the thorns combined, you know?

I've been looking for pics of a young actress that I could add to the "Blood Bank" to represent Rain, and it hasn't been easy. But so far, my two favorites have been some dark photos of Avril Lavigne (Who can definitely play both a tough girl and a debutante simultaneously), and.....ugh....the name escapes me at the moment! When she was young she was in "Harriet The Spy", but played an awesome role as Joeseph Gordon Levitt's best friend in "Mysterious Skin"! Shit..I had her name down, but now I can't think of it! It's late. (Or for YOU guys...early! Hehehe! Mortals!)
