It's all about balance. Whether willful or chaotic, balance must and will be maintained.

One should be mindful of this. To try to balance all things in life. Those that we fail to balance, will find their own way of becoming so. Perhaps through Karma, intelligent design or just plain old chance. However, the more we can balance with purpose, the less is left to forces unknown.

As they say, one cannot love without also knowing hate. One can not be happy without having experienced sadness. One does not know the value of food without having gone hungry. And we can not create life without taking one.

It is up to you to decide how you wish your 'destiny' to play out. You can take command of your own personal balance, or can can sit back and see what the universe has to offer. Either way, it's a choice. Either way, balance is still being held.

(That would be my cheesy attempt at a "vampire scripture". Hardly noteworthy, but I thought I'd throw it out there.)
