Roger Penske demands respect, and I think makes drivers mature faster. If Kyle Busch raced for Penske, Kyle's career as an asshole might end. Up to, and if that happens, well, it is what it is. Regarding Kurt, I don't think he was regarded as an asshole, except for Jimmy Spencer, who wasn't much to point fingers. Roush did what he felt he needed to do for the organization, and Roger had the wherewithal to sign Kurt. Face it, both Kyle and Kurt are great drivers. And brothers who not only compete against each other, but 40 others each week. Right now, give the edge to Kurt. He's a Champion, a feat that his younger imature asshole brother hasn't been able to pull off, no matter how many wins he has.
