Your essay is very good. I found it very well organized, the paragraphs are well divided and developed and the introduction is revised in the colclusion. Your thesis statement is very easy to be identified and all of your supports are coherent and well theory-based.

I just think it's a little bit long.. But that's nothing comparing to its content.

OBS.: I didn't find any grammar/spelling mistake.
