A good analysis of the actual costs of these pie-in-the-sky ideas. Over the years it's been promoted among some that it is a Cortesian's right to be picked up whenever they hitch-hike. I remember a few years back that even Hollyhock was telling it's clients to ask for rides while on the ferry. They've stopped doing that now but clearly the message is expect to get free rides from all these beautiful Cortes folks who have nothing better to do than give visitors rides to their destination. I will pick up people I know but that's it. Hitch-hiking is not an entitlement.
